Our mentoring program is built upon the belief that relational consistency and interpersonal connectivity facilitate healing and growth and are imperative aspects of the achievement of success. Our mentors first work to facilitate a warm, open, and trusting therapeutic relationships and then work to assist our mentees with the enhancement of skills and knowledge in order to improve daily functioning.

Trauma-Informed Mentoring Services

Our trauma-informed mentoring services are for individuals of all age ranges who are in the process of healing from experienced trauma and could benefit from additional support. These services are provided by qualified mental health professionals with a focus on resiliency, strength, and the promotion of healing. Our mentorship program allows mentees to experience open and trusting relationships in a safe environment prior to learning to expand these experiences into their daily lives.

Adulting 101

This is a weekly group for adults with the focus of formulating a positive support structure, learning new skills, and facilitating personal growth and healing. Each month has an identified theme, focusing on areas such as self-care, gratitude, connectivity, healthy living, and budgeting. Peer collaboration is necessary and encouraged within the group in order for group members to learn and grow from the experiences of one another.

Group Therapy

Group Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that aims to assist individuals with managing mental health conditions and coping with negative experiences and behaviors.  Group therapy's goal is to initiate a sense of belonging and relatability through understanding, which is achieved by sharing common experiences.  A therapist leads the session, facilitating the sharing of stories by the individuals involved.  In group therapy sessions can range in size and format, with some groups being open-ended, support based, and others following a structured curriculum.  The therapist’s role includes ensuring that the conversation is constructive and on focus and that all participants respect group rules. Group therapy can help people learn about themselves, improve their relationships, and develop better coping and symptom management 

Adult Therapeutic Mentoring:

This strength-based program allows for adults who experience mental health symptoms to receive a lower level of care in which they are matched with a mentor. Throughout their mentorship, they receive assistance with their needs under the guidance of an individualized service plan. Common treatment areas include improving interpersonal relationship skills, increasing independent daily functioning, learning problem-solving skills, and achieving financial stability.

Outpatient Therapy Services

We provide outpatient therapy sessions in a safe and warm environment to individuals, couples, and families. This service is designed to meet the specific mental health needs of the individual as it relates to their stated needs, presenting issues, environmental factors, and diagnoses. Each individual, couple, or family works with their counselor to create, follow, and adapt a treatment plan specific to their needs. Counselors utilize evidenced-based, holistic, strength-based treatment methods, utilizing components of Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, among other treatment modalities.

Professional Development

We offer a range of professional development services to support individuals ongoing professional learning and meet their specific needs.  Working together in a true partnership, we’ll design a plan for collaborative, growth-focused professional learning that is fulfilling and enjoyable and impacts the individuals knowledge and practice. You can count on us to help you meet your professional goals for professional development and to build expertise and effectiveness. Our facilitation includes the key features of effective professional development: (a) is content-focused,  (b) incorporates active learning, (c) Supports collaboration, typically in job-embedded contexts, (d) Uses models and modeling of effective practice, (e) Provides coaching and expert support, (f) Offers opportunities for feedback and reflection, and (g) is of sustained duration.

Children and Adolescent Therapeutic Mentoring:

This program is facilitated with the understanding that many children and adolescents have specific relational needs that can be fostered within a consistent and trusting relationship. Within the mentoring experience, individuals are provided the opportunity to learn and enhance their multifaceted skillsets in order to bolster their opportunity for success across settings. The therapeutic mentor works to model, educate, motivate and coach individuals regarding how to practice overcoming obstacles related to learned skills.

Parenting Classes

We provide free twelve-week parenting classes with a curriculum adapted from Daniel Seigel’s book, The Whole Brained Child. The focus of the class is understanding child development, specifically brain development, and how development impacts your child’s behavior and emotions. This class focuses on helping your child thrive and grow rather than surviving the day. Education, scenarios, practice utilizing practical examples, worksheets, and homework are provided each week.


Our Certified Yoga Instructors utilize the tools and practices of yoga to empower individuals toward improved health and well-being through the use of postures, breathing practices, meditation, and lifestyle. The Instructors understand the multidimensional nature of the individual and work from the premise that the physical, energy, emotional, and spiritual levels are fully integrated and inter-related. During sessions, ancient wisdom, tools, and techniques of yoga combined with traditional and contemporary best practices are adapted to each individual’s unique situation and health challenge with the goal of helping individuals improve, maintain and optimize overall health.
